Insurance Memorandum
The Association maintains insurance policies as required by the Declaration. In general, the Association covers the buildings, including interior building improvements, as well as certain liability exposure.
Please also note that the Association's water damage deductible is $25,000 Each owner should make sure that they have water damage property coverage that would apply up to this amount.
